Name: Chad Danforth
Age: 16
Year Group: Sophomore
Height:5’10”
Appearance: Here
Personality: Chad is very Outgoing and loves to have fun. His main thing is Basketball, and he can be seen carrying one around with him where ever he goes, hanging onto it for dear life. He's like any other teenage 17 yr old, in the fact he loves to hang out with his friend, and doesn't have any eyes except for his favorite sport. He's always quick to make jokes and is an extremely loyal friend, willing to do whatever he feels necessary to help his friends out.
Chad goes out with Taylor McKessie. Even though he's a taken man... he still likes to go around flirting with other girls, although just for fun. With a quick line, and normally ending with everyone laughing, he's the center of a party, his good mood seemingly spreading throughout everyone.
Family: Mr. and Mrs. Danforth
History: Chad is an only child, and thus was slightly spoiled. He grew up with Troy Bolton, and naturally the two became the best of friends, almost like brothers. So naturally, when Troy's name was called for the School Musical, he did whatever he felt was necessary to save Troy from making a fool out of himself. He later saw that he had only made his friend miserable and set out to fix things.
During the summer Vacation, he got a job at a Country Club with what seemed like the rest of East High. He was given a Kitchen job with the rest of the Wildcats by Sharpay in the hopes that he and the rest might quit. However they stick with it because of Troy. During the Vacation, Troy starts to act differently and ditches them, causing a huge argument between him and Chad. For the longest time, Chad refused to even be within a few feet of Troy. However once things get cooled down, they're back to being best friends.
Hang-out Group(If Any): Troy, Gabriella, Basketball Team, Taylor, Ryan, Sharpay
Strengths: Basketball, always there for a friend
Weaknesses: He can be pretty dumb at times. . . Math and Science
Role Play Example: Chad sighed lightly as he sat on the steps. He checked his wrist watch for what seemed to be the hundredth time. Where was Troy! They were suppose to start practice an hour ago!! Even though they were Champs, that didn't mean they could afford to quit practicing!! He checked his wrist watch again before groaning in frustration and looking up at the sky. Honestly, there was only so much time one could spent with their girlfriend.
He subconsciously started to dribble his basketball, walking back and forwards. After a few minutes, he started to practice maneuvers on his own. After shooting the ball at the side of the school, he did a little 'victory' move and retrieved his ball. Checking his watch again, he started off towards Troy's house. He'd better be with Gabriella, if not Chad was going to chuck the ball at him. Just because they were in they're senior year didn't mean they could slack. Colleges would be watching their games closely!!
Making his way to the front door, Chad noticed that the Coaches car wasn't in the drive way. He then pounded on the door. "Yo Troy! You better not be sleeping or making out in there!" he yelled, pounding some more on the door. He waited a few minutes before pounding again. "Troy!" he yelled, slightly louder. .... Silence greeted him. So... Troy wasn't home. Then, where was he? Chad sighed, turning to walk down the steps. No doubt out with Gabriella... Well.. Guess he could yell at him tomorrow.
